Micos is pleased to announce its appointment as façade partner for Summit & Ridge, Stage 4 of the Sanctuary Wentworth Point masterplan. Developed by Sekisui House Australia and delivered by builder Parkview Constructions, the project adds to Micos’s growing track record on landmark residential developments across Sydney’s premium waterfront precincts.
Summit & Ridge will deliver 488 apartments across two striking towers, Summit at 40 storeys and Ridge at 33, set between Sydney Olympic Park, the foreshore park and the Parramatta River. The towers’ sculptural, organic forms are designed to shift with the viewer’s perspective, connected by a landscaped podium that ties the architecture back to its natural surroundings.

Micos will deliver a full window wall wrap across both Summit (40 storeys) and Ridge (33 storeys), bringing a high-performing façade package to the towers that includes:

- Captive glazed window wall
- Thermally broken suites to higher performing apartments
- Fly screens to client requirements
- Double glazing
- Panelised balustrade systems
- Feature slab edge covers
